The return and refund of unused and unopened products will be accepted within 14 days of the date received. As we are a small business any return request received after this period will not be processed.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund or accept a return if items have been used, washed or damaged after purchase.
For domestic and international returns please follow the instructions below:
1. Send a return request with your order number to info@bedtime-beauty.com
2. In your email please make sure to list the reason for returning the item(s)
3. You will receive and email from us within 24 hours with detailed instructions to complete your return
4. Fill out the return form included, and carefully pack your item(s) using the original packaging
